Only goods purchased from the seller and which is the property of the buyer can be advertised.
In the event that the property has not yet passed from the seller to the buyer, the buyer may, within the meaning of the applicable legislation, reclaim only after full payment within the meaning of § 151; Et seq. Civil Code.

2. Warranty Length

The warranty period begins to run on the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer, I.e. The date indicated in the warranty certificate. The legal guarantee period is generally 24 months...

3. Warranty Conditions

4. Method of handling the complaint

Claims of mechanical damage to the packaging of the product which has not been apparent on receipt of the consignment must be applied immediately after receipt of the consignment (article 5, section 5.8 of the general commercial terms).
Claimed goods must be delivered to the supplier's address or to the address of the authorized service Centre. The goods must be suitably packaged in order to avoid damaging the goods during transport and we recommend that the goods be sent by registered or as an insured shipment. You must attach a copy of the purchase receipt (invoice) to the goods and we recommend that you attach the completed claim form. The claim must be sent solely in writing (by post) or personally (not by e-mail).
The seller shall acknowledge receipt of the claim and issue to the buyer a certificate of application of the claim of the goods in writing. The date of application of the claim shall be deemed to be the day on which it is served to the seller. If the confirmation cannot be delivered immediately, it must be served without undue delay, but not later than with the proof of the complaint. Confirmation of the complaint will be sent in writing.

Liability for defects is also unsatisfactory to the normal wear of the goods (or parts thereof) caused by the use of the goods. Therefore, the shorter life of the product cannot be regarded as a defect and cannot be advertised.

6. Warranty Service

Goods sold with a longer guarantee than 24 months are provided after the expiry of the 24-month period Called Free service. In the case of defects of goods after a period of 24 months, such goods shall be admitted to service and shall be repaired or exchanged for another piece with the same or better parameters. If none of these solutions are possible, a credit memo will be issued. The seller undertakes to terminate such service within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
The seller must determine the method of handling the claim immediately, in complex cases within 3 days from the date of application of the claim. In justified cases, in particular where a complex technical assessment of the goods is required no later than 30 days from the date of application of the claim. After determining the manner in which the claim is handled, the seller shall handle the claim immediately, in justified cases, the claim may also be rearranged later. However, the complaint must not exceed 30 days from the date of application of the claim. Upon the expiry of the 30-day time limit for the complaint, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and shall be reimbursed the full amount of the goods or has the right to exchange the goods for the new.

These claim conditions are an integral part of the general terms and conditions.
