The seller must comply with the accepted buyer's order and deliver the goods to the buyer within a period not later than 14 days after delivery of the goods to the supplier of the goods. The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement in the case of non-delivery of goods by the seller, and the seller is obliged to return to the buyer the part of the purchase price already paid within 15 days of receipt of the withdrawal from the purchase contract by a cash transfer Buyer's account determined by the buyer in writing (by fax, by e-mail or by post).
The buyer must take the goods in the place indicated in the acceptance of the buyer's order by the seller, unless the parties agree in writing (by fax, by e-mail or by post) or by telephone.
In the case where the seller transports the goods to the buyer to the place specified in the purchase contract by the buyer, the buyer is obliged to take over the goods in person or ensure that the goods are taken over by the person empowered in the event of his absence to take over the goods referred to in The contract of sale and to sign the protocol on the delivery and transfer of goods, namely the delivery note or the carrier's form or postal company, confirming the receipt of the goods. The third person entrusted with the buyer to take over the goods shall be obliged to prove the goods in force for the acceptance of the goods referred to in the contract of sale.
In the case where the place of delivery of the goods is the operation of the seller, the buyer is obliged to take the goods within 7 working days, unless the parties agree in writing (by fax, e-mail or post) or by telephone otherwise. In the event that the buyer does not take the goods within 7 days after the expiry of the period specified in the purchase contract, the seller is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract and to sell the goods to a third party. At the same time, the seller is entitled to charge in this case the purchaser of EUR 25 (753.15 Sk) as a replacement for the storage of ordered goods (3.5 EUR (105.44 Sk) for each day of storage). The deposit for the agreed goods paid by the buyer shall be counted in the full amount of the stock that is obliged by the buyer to pay the seller.
Where the place of destination of the goods is the address specified in the purchase contract, the buyer is obliged to take over the goods under the conditions laid down by the Slovak postal A.s. Published on the electronic Commerce website of the seller. If the supply of goods is to be repeated beyond the terms of the Slovak postal A.s., for the purpose of not picking up the goods by the buyer in the place specified in the contract of sale, all costs incurred by the buyer shall be borne by the purchaser, in particular the repeated delivery of the goods to the place of destination in the contract of sale.
The buyer must check the consignment, i.e. the goods as well as its packaging as soon as they arrive. In the event that the buyer finds that the goods or the packaging of the goods is mechanically damaged, it must notify the Slovak postal A.s. And in his presence check the status of the goods. If the goods are found to be damaged, the buyer must draw up a record of the extent and nature of the damage to the goods, the accuracy of which is confirmed by Slovak mail A.s.. On the basis of the recorded record delivered to the seller, the seller may subsequently provide the removal of the defect of the goods, the discount on the goods or, in the case of irremovable defects, to deliver new goods to the buyer
Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered at the moment of delivery of the goods to the address indicated in the binding acceptance of the order and taken by the moment of physical acceptance of the goods by the buyer or his authorized representative or by refusal to take over the goods which the carrier shall indicate in The protocol on the delivery and transfer of goods. The product installation is not included.
The buyer acquires the right to the goods by fully paying the entire purchase price for the goods.
